On one late Thursday afternoon, we have received an e-mail to our office mailbox, with request to attend the LNGt at Caribbean in order perform a ballast water treatment system testing for it’s biological efficacy.
Despite the unusual location, as usual, we have taken this case with full attention and upon fast project assessment, the service offer has been submitted to client, followed by a telcon, where we have managed to clarify the needs of the client and offer the best solution for the case, which soon was confirmed by PO.
Flexibility matters
The systematic approach during preparation, as well as good risk assessment of HSE and other critical aspects of the project, ensured that delivery of this project carried out without surprises. It took totally a day, including the transfer by service boat to vessel location to achieve the desired result.
