The ship manager company contacted InoShip LT UAB with request to assist with independent inspection of the vessel, that was planned to be acquired. InoSHip LT UAB assigned highly qualified ship surveyor to assist the buyer with vessel specific document analysis (technical documents, class documents and statements, UTM reports and other valuable information etc.) and on board inspection and verification of underwater survey performed by divers. The attending surveyor helped the buyer to identify critical parameters of the vessel condition affecting the value. The detailed on board inspection of the vessel, to extent as much as could be seen has been carried out with assistance of crew of the vessel present owner. The surveyor managed to establish a good contact with the vessel crew, as well as attention to details allowed to reveal the important factors affecting the value of the vessel and helped the potential buyer to improve their negotiating power. The detailed report with obtained facts and evidence has been provided to buyer for easier reference and planning.
